We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Vice President to help lead our Life Sciences Practice. In this role, you will be expected to lead all business development with new and existing Life Sciences clients. You will partner with high-growth Life Science firms to solve their most critical talent needs. This is a leadership role in our organization and will report directly to our Chief Revenue Officer.
As a Vice President, you will serve as an industry expert and share industry knowledge with our delivery team. You will also be expected to become completely immersed in the Life Sciences ecosystem by building relationships with local venture capitalists, private equity firms, and other influencers in the Life Sciences community with the purpose of identifying new business.
To succeed in this role, you must have a curiosity and passion for Life Sciences as well as an interest in increasing our visibility within the industry. You will be a key client leader whose mission is to accelerate the growth of Bowdoin Group’s Life Sciences practice.
