Position Overview:

The Life Sciences team at The Bowdoin Group is undergoing rapid growth.  We partner with fast-growing, innovative clients on executive searches as well as large scale clinical and commercial roll-outs.  In this role, you will be critical in helping us to deliver on our most critical Life Sciences searches.

As a Relationship Manager with The Bowdoin Group, you will be developing and building relationships with executive talent in the Life Sciences market and fitting them with exciting new job opportunities. You will identify candidates and work with them through the hiring process from phone screens to in-person interviews and final placements. We are looking for driven, self-motivated people who are not afraid to take on new endeavors and want to be rewarded for their efforts.  The ideal candidate also has experience building relationships in the Life Sciences community.
