Bowdoin is passionate about people. We spend each day working with our clients, candidates, and each other to build great companies - and with that, building strong communities. Each year, employees are given 20 hours of paid time off to volunteer with organizations that are important to them.
The "Bowdoin Cares" team is a volunteer and employee run team dedicated to upholding Bowdoin's values of Excellence, Integrity, Curiosity, Teamwork, and "Do the Right Thing." With these values as a foundation, the Bowdoin Cares Team creates opportunities for community outreach and philanthropy, and fosters a collaborative and fun internal community.
The Bowdoin Cares team plans and executes community service outings, company gatherings, health and wellness programs, and team building activities that strengthen our connection to each other and our community. Some of these activities include a quarterly volunteer day, nonprofit walk-a-thons, monthly "Thirsty Thursdays" and "ReFRESHment Fridays," health contests, holiday festivities, massage days, company football games, and more.
