Account Executive, Information Technology

  • Work with management to establish a sales strategy to consistently achieve sales quota
  • Meet with clients to evaluate staffing needs, provide recommendations for consulting solutions
  • Identify project-based IT solutions opportunities and coordinate delivery process
  • Expand business through new account development
  • Continuously develop a pipeline of prospective clients
  • Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with prospects/clients to ensure timely identification of new business opportunities
  • Effectively communicate staffing priorities to recruiting team
  • Entrepreneurial spirit

To be considered for this role, the Account Executive will have:

  • 0-2 years of sales experience
  • Prior experience with product or consulting sales a plus
  • Strong understanding of current technology and trends
  • Strong motivation to succeed
  • The ability to work independently with little or no supervision
  • BA/BS Degree

Technical Recruiter

  • Utilize creative, professional and ethical recruiting methods to identify top-performing technical candidates for open consulting engagements
  • Initiate contact with target candidates and develop strong, lasting relationships
  • Interview and screen potential consultants including: face-to-face, phone interviews, and reference checking
  • Regularly attend and serve on boards of professional industry associations
  • Collaborate with management and sales to meet current and future recruiting needs
  • Maintain and enhance consultant database
  • Develop recruiting strategies and recruitment plans

To be considered for this role, the Technical Recruiter’s background will have:

  • 2+ years of technical recruiting experience
  • Experience with professional, ethical recruiting methods, including Internet technologies
  • A strong understanding of staff augmentation and the consulting marketplace.
  • Experience in information technology
  • The ability to build strong working relationships with senior level technology professionals
  • Prior experience with applicant tracking systems
  • BA/BS in Business Administration or Computer Science
