Josh Seymour

Josh joined The Bowdoin Group as an Associate in July 2022 and was promoted to Senior Associate in January 2024. In this role, he supports search teams across the candidate lifecycle with target pool research, candidate sourcing, and data aggregation. His responsibilities also include providing detailed reporting for our clients to help provide insight into overall progress across our searches.

Josh graduated from Dickinson College with a B.A. Sociology and minor in Anthropology. In his free time, Josh enjoys spending time with family, grilling with friends, and exploring new places around town.
