Matt Wood

Matt joined The Bowdoin Group in October 2024 as a Consultant. He is responsible for managing client and candidate relationships and working to attract, recruit, and evaluate executive-level talent for searches within the Life Sciences, Digital Health, and Software & Technology vertical practices.

Matt is passionate about helping growth-stage companies build talented teams capable of executing their mission. Prior to The Bowdoin Group, Matt held roles in Executive Search at Park Square Executive Search, where he worked across Life Sciences, Technology, and Higher Education.

Matt graduated from Villanova University with a degree in Economics. In his free time, he enjoys staying active, spending time with family and friends, and cheering on his beloved Boston Celtics.
