Bio
Josh has over 12 years of executive search experience, working with executives and investors to help them build their executive and commercial teams. As the Partner, Digital Health with The Bowdoin Group, he works with venture-backed, PE-backed, and high growth companies that are solving the biggest issues facing Payer, Provider, Biopharma, and Employers with the goal of positively impacting patient outcomes.
Josh has a passion for helping to grow companies and people’s careers in Digital Health and HealthTech from Boston, NYC, San Francisco, and everywhere in between. Starting at The Bowdoin Group as a recruiter ten years ago, Josh has built a career partnering closely with clients and candidates to ask difficult questions and listen to find the perfect matches. His primary responsibilities now include partnering closely with clients and their boards, providing them guidance on talent acquisition strategy, team expansions, and executive and strategic searches.
Josh’s commitment to the Boston ecosystem can be seen through his volunteering work with underserved youth as a Big Brother with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Massachusetts Bay through a mentorship program with the Nativity Preparatory School.
Josh earned a B.S. in Finance and Marketing from Syracuse University and, originally from Ohio, is a diehard Cleveland sports fan. He currently lives near Boston with his wife and two children.
