Lucy Brown

Lucy joined The Bowdoin Group as a Senior Associate in August 2024. In this role, she supports search teams across the candidate lifecycle with target pool research, candidate sourcing, and data aggregation. Her responsibilities also include providing detailed reporting for our clients to help provide insight into overall progress across our searches.

Lucy graduated from Wake Forest University with a B.A. in Psychology. In her free time, Lucy loves spending time with friends and family, dining through Boston’s neighborhoods, and finding new spots for live music.
